This Management Team Business Analyst role involves supporting procurement and supply chain operations.

Job Description
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assess and manage vendor-related risks. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead sourcing and risk-related projects. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; create project plans and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with internal teams across GSS globally, as well as Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Continuously review and enhance sourcing and risk management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPS) are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, third-party risk management, or related areas. Financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Solid project management and organizational skills. Expertise in data analysis tools and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Understanding of sourcing strategies, third-party risk, and financial industry regulations; awareness of best practices and emerging trends.
