Job Description As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing all financial operations and reporting processes.
- preparing for consolidation for BVI, Hong Kong and China subsidiaries
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
- Preparing and presenting detailed financial analysis and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervising and mentoring the Accounting & Finance team in Hong Kong.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
- Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and improving financial efficiency.
- Supporting audit processes and liaising with external auditors when required.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in Hong Kong.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
