Job Description - Plan, organize, and execute marketing events across APAC, including seminars, workshops, forums, etc.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, from venue selection and vendor coordination to onsite support and post-event reporting
- Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing operational details as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery and alignment with brand standards
- Handle budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring events meet regulatory and company standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives and key clients, delivering exceptional stakeholder management
The Successful Applicant - Minimum 6 years of experience in event management within financial services
- Proven ability to manage events independently and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willingness to travel within APAC for event execution
- Comfortable with hands-on involvement in operational aspects of events
