Job Description

As the Head of CIB Marketing, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the strategy development and execution of marketing plans for Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area region.
  • Provide strategic solutions to strengthen client retention, enhance relationships, and position the Bank competitively in the market.
  • Create thought leader strategy and work closely and develop key partnerships with media, key sponsorship platforms and business chambers etc.
  • Be responsible in monitoring activity results, ensuring ROI is measured and can provide a basis for informing future marketing decision making
  • Track and analyse competitors' marketing activities and present findings and recommend any strategic realignments required.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of CIB Marketing should have:
  • At least 15 years of marketing leadership experience and a successful track record in CIB marketing.
  • Strong people leadership experience, ability to coach and motivate an experienced team.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Must be fluent in English and Cantonese.
