- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions
- Guide business stakeholders in building high-performing teams, developing talent pipelines, and enhancing engagement
- Facilitate organisational change, leadership development, and training sessions to boost performance
- Use HR data analytics to address business challenges and improve decision-making
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
- Mentor HR Advisors and provide expert guidance on complex HR issues
The Successful Applicant - Proven experience in HR leadership role (HRBP)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement impactful HR solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
- Fluent in English and Chinese
