Job Description - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Participate in technical and design discussions to ensure best practices
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend suitable solutions
- Translate business needs into functional ML solutions
- Collaborate with IT teams to transition solutions from development to production
- Evaluate, train, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance
- Create comprehensive documentation for all deliverables
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow)
- Experience with ML model serving tools such as MLflow and Ray Serve
- Solid understanding of model development, deployment, ETL processes, and data visualization
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
