Responsibilities

  • Manage account opening for diverse client segments multiple regions, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Address client inquiries on financial products such as derivatives, funds, bonds, and structured instruments, providing clear and accurate guidance to support informed investment decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to AML and SFC regulations throughout onboarding and ongoing client activities, conducting regular reviews and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the client relationship management system by offering feedback and recommendations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive strategic projects and provide mentorship to junior team members.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years' experience in client servicing or relationship management within wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
