Position Description

Events team is responsible for putting together our CSI Forums and Access Days. From an organizational perspective, Events team represents one of three pillars – the other two being Roadshow Services and Corporate Liaison. Work streams related to Forums and Access Days comprise event planning, communication with internal and external stakeholders, meeting scheduling, event production and post-event reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  1. Focus on planning and executing both physical and virtual events to deliver high-quality experiences.
  2. Responsible for budgeting and final costing of events, as well as setting up and maintaining forums/events on registration platforms.
  3. Organize all logistical arrangements, liaising with external vendors and regional branches for conference events.
  4. Strong hospitality industry knowledge specially in F&B and Rooms
  5. Strong networking events organizing experience
  6. Demonstrate a “can‑do” and positive attitude, capable of leading mini‑projects independently while being a strong team player.
  7. Prepare and present comprehensive pre‑event and post‑event reports to stakeholders.
  8. Handle meeting scheduling and respond to conference/event inquiries from internal staff, clients, and companies.
  9. Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements

  1. Postgraduate or above
  2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate access and event marketing experience in hospitality industry
  3. Strong administrative and/or coordination skill in a fast paced and high-volume environment
  4. Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
  5. Highly client focused and results driven
  6. Able to work under pressure and overtime work
  7. Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  8. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Copilot/AI, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  9. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Event Coordinator
