An insurance broker focused on HNW and private clients are looking for a Case Manager to join their Hong Kong team. In this role, you will work closely with advisers and insurers to deliver end‑to‑end case execution and exceptional client service in a fast‑paced private client environment.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Support Relationship Managers and Advisers in delivering customised insurance‑based solutions to HNW clients
  • Provide end‑to‑end case management support, ensuring smooth execution of insurance applications
  • Liaise closely with insurance carriers, underwriters, medical providers, and international business partners
  • Prepare policy illustrations, product comparisons, and supporting materials for client presentations
  • Coordinate medical examinations and ensure timely fulfillment of underwriting and documentation requirements
  • Track case progress closely, proactively managing timelines and resolving bottlenecks
  • Provide post‑placement and after‑sales policy servicing support, including endorsements and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Hong Kong AML/KYC and internal procedures
  • Participate in ongoing process improvements, ad‑hoc assignments, and internal projects as require
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance case management client servicing, sales operations or administration within an insurance company, brokerage, or wealth advisory platform
  • Exposure to HNW / UHNW clients and high‑value insurance cases strongly preferred
  • Client‑centric with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an advantage
