Business Analyst (Hong Kong)

GreySpark Partners is looking for Junior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2. Support testing and validation of new systems, tools, and enhancements.
3. Analyze data related to trading, risk, and P&L reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
4. Prepare documentation, process maps, and user guides for business processes.
5. Participate in project meetings, workshops, and regulatory initiatives.
6. Provide support in monitoring KPIs and preparing management reports.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 1–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
2. Exposure tocapital markets (equities, derivatives, fixed income, or risk management) is preffered
3. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
4. Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
