Job Description:
- Assist with daily sales support to ensure the sales process is smooth (e.g. quotation, sales campaign, renewal, policy change, policy termination, arrange medical check-up for customers, etc.)
- Follow up with the customer for outstanding documents via outbound call, email, SMS and ensure the processes meet the agreed Turn Around Time.
- Handling customer enquiries from email and/ or the CE Team, and working with internal departments (e.g. New Business and Underwriting, Customer Engagement, Life Administration, Finance, etc.) of both GI and Life insurance businesses for the enquiry.
- Provide administrative work to the Direct Channel Team (e.g. mailing out documents, updating control log sheets for policy status and statistical figures, collect premium through a credit card machine)
- Perform data analysis for sales performance
- Assist in monitoring platform stability issues and performing follow-up action for the issues.
- Assist in improving customer experience during the purchase process of the Direct Channel Team.
- Assist Team Head with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder
- Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service/ Sales experience within the insurance field
- General knowledge of both GI and Life business operations
- Certificate qualification in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
