Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business challenges, specifically within commodity trading, commercial, and supply chain operations, to design targeted digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with business functions to gather and define detailed requirements.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs, including functional specifications and technical architecture.
  • Convert high-level business objectives into detailed process workflows, technical requirements, and actionable implementation plans.
  • Oversee the delivery and implementation of solutions by testing, validating, and deploying new digital capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support for digital solutions, focusing on continuous optimization and enhancement based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of BA experience in digital transformation
  • Experience working in consulting sector is highly preferred; track record working with non-FI companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on designing practical, real-world solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
