About the Role
- Own the product strategy for card fraud prevention and customer contact solutions, ensuring technology and processes meet market needs.
- Lead delivery discipline across fraud systems, working closely with IT and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and to standard.
- Oversee key fraud technologies such as 3DS (secure online transaction authentication) and transaction monitoring, collaborating with Visa/Mastercard and external providers.
- Drive analytics and insights to monitor fraud trends, optimize controls, and enhance customer journeys.
- Engage global stakeholders across major markets (UK, Hong Kong, US) and coordinate with distributed teams in India and Poland.
- Balance strategic vision with execution , ensuring both immediate delivery metrics and long-term product development goals are achieved.
