Join a leading international financial institution in a senior role where youll drive innovation, protect customers, and influence global fraud strategies. This is a unique opportunity to lead product delivery and strategy in the fast-moving world of card fraud prevention and customer experience.

About the Role

  1. Own the product strategy for card fraud prevention and customer contact solutions, ensuring technology and processes meet market needs.
  2. Lead delivery discipline across fraud systems, working closely with IT and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and to standard.
  3. Oversee key fraud technologies such as 3DS (secure online transaction authentication) and transaction monitoring, collaborating with Visa/Mastercard and external providers.
  4. Drive analytics and insights to monitor fraud trends, optimize controls, and enhance customer journeys.
  5. Engage global stakeholders across major markets (UK, Hong Kong, US) and coordinate with distributed teams in India and Poland.
  6. Balance strategic vision with execution , ensuring both immediate delivery metrics and long-term product development goals are achieved.
