Key Responsibilities
- Support active client mandates: understand job requirements, company culture and hiring priorities
- Source and identify passive & active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals and creative Boolean search techniques
- Reach out to potential candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email and phone (with coaching and templates provided)
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls / video pre-interviews
- Write, format and polish candidate profiles / shortlists for client submission
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
- Perform market mapping and competitor talent research for key accounts
- Gradually support business development activities (researching target clients, preparing outreach lists)
What We Look For
- Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate
- Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interest in people, careers, business and commercial outcomes
- Proactive attitude, high energy and genuine curiosity
Nice-to-have
- Previous internship / part-time experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality or any client-facing role
- Some exposure to LinkedIn sourcing or cold outreach
- Basic understanding of Hong Kong job market / popular industries
