This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to work closely with senior leadership and principals, providing strategic counsel while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR advisory matters.

Your new role
  • Act as the trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders across the Family Office.
  • Lead end-to-end performance management and talent management frameworks.
  • Drive HR operations streamlining, ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable processes.
  • Support the organisation's ongoing culture journey, helping strengthen engagement, alignment and leadership capability.
  • Provide practical, solutions-oriented HR guidance across employee relations, organisational development and change management.
  • Partner closely with the business to anticipate people needs and deliver proactive HR strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Senior-level HR experience gained in a top-tier Single Family Office or similarly sophisticated, private investment or UHNW-backed organisation.
  • Strong generalist background with proven ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on advisory work.
  • Deep experience across performance management, talent development, and HR operations optimisation.
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, discreet, highly professional environment.
