Were seeking a proactive Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance domain to help drive this high-impact initiative from discovery to delivery. This role initially starts as a 1 year contract position, with a view to extend or convert to a permanent role.

As a Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:-

  1. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation
  2. Collaborate with chatbot vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to align solution design
  3. Curate chatbot content, define intents, and continuously refine responses for improved accuracy
  4. Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including test scenario design and issue management
  5. Run end-user workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops to ensure adoption success
  6. Support project coordination, stakeholder communications, and operational documentation

To be considered for this role as a Business Analyst , you possess the following:-

  1. A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong understanding of life insurance operations (e.g. agency, customer service)
  3. Hands-on involvement in chatbot, knowledge management, or AI-related projects
  4. Excellent ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
  5. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and end users
  6. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  7. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  8. Immediate availability preferred
