We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions for our group and its entities. This individual will manage a team, drive HR initiatives, and ensure HR operations are aligned with organizational objectives across multiple international locations.

The Role

  • Direct report to Head of HR, lead and develop the HR and admin team, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices across the group and its entities
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development to support business objectives and retention
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs in accordance with local and global regulations
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards programs, ensuring equitable and competitive practices
  • Develop and execute strategies for organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to support change management and drive key HR projects at the group level.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years' progressive HR experience in a MNC manufacturing or industrial environment, including team management.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, benefits administration, HRIS, performance management, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel 20-30%
