The Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions based on Large Language Models, including RAG pipelines and chatbots
- Build end‑to‑end AI applications from proof of concept to production
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into web applications
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Keep up to date with AI, LLM, and Web3 technology trends
Your Profile
- 2-5 years of hands‑on experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
- Prior experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and chatbot development (practical project exposure required)
- Strong programming skills (Python required; experience with modern AI frameworks preferred)
- Solid understanding of AI system design and deployment
- Strong technical foundation and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in Web3 / blockchain‑related technologies
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) - mandatory
