As the company continues to grow and strengthen its governance and purchasing standards, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations specialist to support our expanding procurement function.

Your new role
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and approval rules.
  • Work with internal requestors to clarify requirements and collect correct supporting documents such as quotations, contracts, and approvals.
  • Classify purchases under the correct procurement category, cost allocation, and asset/accounting treatment, while supporting standardisation of procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams, maintain proper records, support audits, and provide reports and guidance on procure-to-pay activities.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing operations, finance operations, or a similar support function.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion is a must
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to ensure compliance with policies and approval rules.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and guide internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requests, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
