Responsibilities
  • Document data migration and scoping requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Conduct technical and functional data cleansing prior to data transformation and loading activities
  • Assist in defining and validating data mappings between AX 2012 and Dynamics 365
  • Support business users in verifying that all required data fields are fully accounted for
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to support data extraction from AX 2012
  • Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure data integrity and usability in Dynamics 365
  • Document data definitions, data mappings, and key reporting metrics resulting from the migration
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis or data migration projects
  • Hands-on experience supporting data migration initiatives, preferably involving ERP systems
  • Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data migration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 data structures is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
  • Ability to produce clear and structured documentation for data definitions and migration outcomes
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
