Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing and sponsorship campaigns, from initial content development to large-scale on-ground activations.
  • Direct and manage high-profile celebrity engagements and external partnerships to maximize market presence and audience reach.
  • Plan and deploy integrated advertising and publicity strategies to ensure consistent, high-visibility messaging across all platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal business functions, PR firms, and production houses to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain absolute consistency in visual identity and messaging across every internal and external touchpoint.
  • Oversee comprehensive marketing budgets and analyze campaign data to provide actionable post-program reports.
  • Manage complex timelines and cross-functional deliverables to ensure all initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years in marketing, campaign management, or related senior roles, preferably within large financial institutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related discipline.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile celebrity engagements, sponsorships, and external agency relationships.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a sophisticated sense of design aesthetics to ensure consistent identity across all platforms.
  • The ability to multitask and lead complex, fast-paced projects with precision, from budgeting to final reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expert-level knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing tools, paired with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data-driven reporting.
