Your new company A life insurer is looking for a product development professional specialising in saving products.
Your new role
Support the planning and prioritisation of product strategy across life, retirement, and GBA-related offerings.
Manage the full product development cycle, from concept, feasibility and cross-functional coordination to launch and ongoing product maintenance.
Partner with distribution, actuarial, compliance, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and system readiness.
Participate in system enhancement projects and UAT for product-related changes.
Ensure product materials meet regulatory, quality, and branding standards.
Conduct market and competitor research, including insights on GBA and pension markets.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science or related disciplines.
Around 10 years' experience in life insurance product development or product marketing, with a solid understanding of life and retirement solutions; GBA or pension experience is an advantage.
Familiar with regulatory processes and product approval requirements.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Able to work independently with a strong commercial sense and problem-solving capability.
Proficient in English, Chinese, and MS Office applications.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Manager level.
