Our client is a successful hedge fund firm focussed on multi-fund strategies. As part of their success and continuous growth, they're currently hiring a Business Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the key point of contact for investment and operational due diligence, coordinating firm-wide responses for prospective and existing investors
* Manage IDD and ODD questionnaires, reviews, and ongoing information requests with institutional clients and counterparties
* Support client onboarding and relationship management from initial interest through the full lifecycle of the client relationship
* Represent the firm professionally in client communications and, over time, participate in due diligence and operational meetings
* Assist with product development initiatives through background research, analysis, and coordination
* Support senior management and operations teams on fund-related projects, including data room management and regulatory documentation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in asset management, legal, fund administration, or a closely related role
* Strong exposure to due diligence, client servicing, product, operations, or investor relations within funds or financial services
* Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to produce client-ready documents independently
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF
* Genuine interest in asset management; CFA or progress toward CFA is advantageous
