Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions for a global insurer. This role acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives, user needs, and emerging technology trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the digital product owner and business analyst, overseeing end-to-end project management, including planning, solution design, and quality assurance related to AI, Generative AI, LLM, and reporting products aimed at improving agency efficiency.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and solutions. Collaborate with IT teams and internal/external partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in AI and data/knowledge management, fostering an innovation mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a STEM-related field.
4+ years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in banking or insurance environments, particularly in large, complex change projects involving digital and innovative technology solutions.
Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders by understanding business objectives and the services required to meet them.
Demonstrated capability to drive project deliveries and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
