  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and strategic networking.

Solution Selling & Value Creation
  • Position our HR Advisory and Facilities Management services as strategic business enablers to C-level decision makers
  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers that demonstrate clear ROI and measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-over and high client satisfaction from day one.
Market & Relationship Building
  • Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and professional associations
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in HR and workplace services.
  • Work closely with marketing to support targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Performance Management
  • Achieve annual new-business revenue targets (with clear quarterly KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum 4-6 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience in professional services, ideally within HR consulting, facilities management, outsourcing, or related B2B advisory sectors.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new-business targets
  • Experience selling to mid-to-large corporates, MNCs, and public-sector organisations in Hong Kong and APAC.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Facilities Management, or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly advantageous).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client pain points into compelling solutions.
  • Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a natural ability to build trust quickly.
