A leading insurer is looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen its Financial Crime Compliance function, focusing on AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC, and High‑Net‑Worth customer risks.
Your new role
- Develop and maintain AML/CTF, sanctions, and ABC control frameworks
- Review escalated high‑risk cases and support EDD investigations.
- Provide FCC advisory to business units, including HNW distribution channels
- Handle suspicious transaction escalations and regulatory reporting
- Oversee name screening and transaction monitoring activities
- Lead FCC‑related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Update policies, procedures, and deliver FCC training to business teams
- Prepare FCC reporting for management and regulatory reviews
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related disciplines
- 8+ years of AML / sanctions / FCC experience in financial services
- Exposure to High Net Worth business preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; data analytics experience a plus
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
