Your new role

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and MPF reporting with a high level of accuracy and statutory compliance.
  • Manage annual and ad hoc tax filing matters, including employer returns and employee tax submissions.
  • Administer C&B programs such as insurance, leave administration, benefits review cycles, and salary benchmarking exercises.
  • Support HRIS enhancement initiatives, including data maintenance, UAT, and process improvement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits, regulatory submissions, and internal governance requirements.
  • Participate in broader HR projects and provide operational support as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in banking, financial services or a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, payroll operations, MPF administration, and tax regulations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Payroll, MPF, HRIS systems; experience in system enhancement or UAT is an advantage.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese Cantonese & Mandarin and English.
