Your Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering first-line customer support and ensuring the accurate validation and management of customer data. You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout onboarding, validation, and renewal processes, while maintaining high service standards. The role involves a high volume of outbound calls, managing customer enquiries, handling objections, processing payments, and escalating issues where appropriate. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement and consistently work towards individual performance targets.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Previous experience in a customer service or customer support environment
- Experience handling inbound enquiries and high-volume outbound calls
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy
- Working knowledge of data management and basic data analysis
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, KPIs, and performance targets
- Experience identifying and contributing to process improvements
- Confident and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate Excel skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Customer-focused mindset with a flexible and proactive approach
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Degree-level education or equivalent is preferred
