- Assist in mapping and improving insurance workflows, processes, and systems.
- Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational enhancement.
- Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed - 1-2 years of experience in insurance, business analysis, operations, actuarial support, or internships in related areas. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or processes (life/general/health).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus.
