Your new role - Handle inbound hotline enquiries on insurance products and services.
- Provide accurate information and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Assist with policy servicing requests and basic administrative tasks.
- Update and maintain customer interaction records in the system.
- Coordinate with and report to internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.
- Meet service quality, productivity, and call handling KPIs.
- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects.
What you'll need to succeed - Higher Diploma, Associate Degree qualification or above.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills.
- IIQE Papers/ Knowledge of Insurance is preferred.
