About the Role This position requires working in conjunction with other professional colleagues and specialists, and to support the team in strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture through hands-on involvement in assessments, solution deployment, and risk management activities. This position also contributes to maintaining cybersecurity resilience, supporting risk and data protection initiatives, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and assisting with communications between internal and external stakeholders. It provides practical exposure to enterprise-level security advisory work.

Information Security Advisory Department, you may be involved in
Responsibilities: - Support security control reviews for applications and infrastructure through evidence collection and documentation.
- Help coordinate application security assessments, including tracking tasks and assisting with basic testing.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating GenAI, LLM-based, and agentic automation solutions for security risks.
- Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and defensive techniques in AI/LLM/agentic security.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and documenting action items.
- Assist with communication to cross-team, cross-department and Group office on information security matters as needed.
- Apply problem-solving skills and propose innovative ideas to improve team processes or technical approaches.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, showing initiative in improving existing governance practices.
Requirements: - University students (or above) major in Business Administration, Information Management or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of information security, technology risk, or IT audit concepts (coursework is acceptable).
- Strong learning agility and willingness to explore new technical and governance domains.
- A strong willingness to learn and build foundational information security and IT audit knowledge.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
