Human Resources VP- Financial Institution

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on talent to join our fast growing team. If you have solid experience of HR recruitment from Financial Institutions, do not hesitate to apply for the career opportunity wth us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform all-rounded HR job duties specialized in Recruitment
2. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination;
3. Manage the offboarding process for departing staff, including exit interviews, and documentation.
4. Prepare and maintain HR records and reports related to recruitment and staff movements.
5. Support other ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in reputable universities is a must.
2. 8 years of relevant HR experience from Financial Institutions.
3. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
4. Candidates with Mainland background or experience is highly prefered.
5. Proficient working language in Mandarin and English.
