Market Operations (Associate → Director)
The Role Youll operate at the core of a live trading environment, working closely with traders, engineers, and external market participants to ensure a stable, efficient, and scalable market.
This is not passive monitoring — youll be actively diagnosing issues, improving systems, and influencing how the market evolves.
What Youll Be Doing - Troubleshoot live trading and connectivity issues in real time
- Work directly with clients, traders, and engineers to resolve complex problems
- Monitor and manage trading systems, execution flow, and market integrity
- Gain exposure across execution, clearing, and market structure
- Automate workflows using Python / SQL (reduce manual processes)
- Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and operational infrastructure
