Introduction:
We are partnering with a leading offshore law firm to hire a Marketing Executive to support their regional marketing and business development initiatives. This role offers significant exposure across Hong Kong and Singapore, with a strong emphasis on events, stakeholder coordination, and content support for Corporate and Finance practice groups.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of conferences, seminars, sponsorships, and client events
* Support business development efforts, including marketing trip planning, research, and database management
* Maintain and update experience and transaction lists for submissions and internal reporting
* Contribute to website, intranet, and social media content management
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials in both English and Chinese
* Coordinate production and distribution of newsletters, brochures, client updates, and marketing collateral
* Manage submissions for awards, league tables, and industry directories
* Collaborate with regional BD&M teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
* Provide administrative marketing support and assist with ad‑hoc BD&M tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally from a law firm or professional services environment (events‑focused profiles highly preferred)
* Strong project management, organisational, and time‑management abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM (InterAction or similar), email marketing tools, and social media management
* Fluency in English and Mandarin
* Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
