Job Responsibilities

1. Market research & analysis: track capital market dynamics in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and globally; familiarity with Hong Kong-based financial institutions or investment channels; collect and organize macroeconomic data, industry policies, and financial information of target companies to support investment decisions.

2. Project execution support: assist in investigation, documentation, and investment report drafting for potential investment matters; provide opinions and suggestions.

3. Post-investment management assistance: assist in daily tracking of invested projects, data collection, meeting material organization, and provide recommendations.

4. Internal group communication: ensure accurate and timely information transfer within the group.

5. Handle tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Identity & Language:

• Hong Kong Permanent Resident with a fixed address in Hong Kong (Hong Kong locals preferred).

• Candidates with experience in well-known investment banks, fund companies, or family offices.

• Fluent in Mandarin; stable work history (at least one previous employment lasting over 5 years).

• CET-6 or equivalent (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 90) or above; strong English reading and writing skills, capable of using English as a working language.

2. Education Background:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Investment, Finance, or related fields (reputable universities preferred).

3. Professional Skills:

• Familiarity with financial markets; understanding of basic investment, financial and market analysis, and investment logic.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic functions) and PowerPoint (report writing and presentations).

4. Comprehensive Qualities:

• Uphold professional ethics in financial investment; upright and trustworthy.

• Follow leadership instructions, comply with commands, and adhere to discipline.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, team player.

• Strong logical thinking and learning abilities, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
