Our client, a FSI Enterprise firm, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused
L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless end-user experience across M365 applications and desktop environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services and desktop systems within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide level 2/3 desktop support for end-users, with a focus on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), trading systems, and other business applications.
- Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new joiners and equipment refresh cycles.
- Support video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies for daily operations and corporate events.
- Manage user moves (office relocations), ensuring seamless transition of IT equipment and connectivity.
- Lead PC migration projects (data migration, Windows OS upgrades) with minimal disruption to users.
Requirements - Proven experience in desktop support and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus
