Project Manager - Banking / Management Reporting / 45k to 60k
I am currently helping our client seeking a Project Manager with Management Reporting experience to join the team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex bank-wide and cross-functional programmes/projects covering a wide range of strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across lines of business and support functions to translate the Bank's overall strategy into actionable initiatives and detailed implementation requirements.
- Drive the delivery of the Bank's strategic agenda as well as departmental objectives, with a strong focus on innovation and fintech adoption.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking; proactively identify and explore opportunities with stakeholders to transform existing processes and business models to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, revenue generation, or cost optimization.
- Lead a high-performing team in delivering professional consultancy, change management, and end-to-end programme/project management services to multiple lines of businesses and functions throughout the full transformation lifecycle - from design to successful implementation.
- Foster a highly engaged and motivated team culture to consistently deliver high-quality outputs that exceed stakeholder and user expectations.
Requirements
- University graduate in a relevant discipline or possess other equivalent qualifications.
- Strong business consultancy background, ideally gained from a reputable professional consulting firm.
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex, large-scale programmes and projects.
- Broad knowledge of banking business and operations is highly advantageous.
- Innovative and strategic mindset with excellent managerial, project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
