We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead - Network Services to support a major enterprise‑level financial institution headquartered in Hong Kong. Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead the architecture, design, and build of enterprise network solutions (LAN/WAN/MPLS/VPN/VXLAN/ACI/cloud).
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and high‑performing network designs.
- Partner with application, security, and risk teams to deliver best‑practice, enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Perform network modelling, capacity planning, and performance optimisation.
- Develop and maintain HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, and operational documentation.
- Oversee vendors, service providers, and regional teams to support project delivery and equipment procurement.
- Manage and deliver multiple concurrent network projects across varying scope and complexity.
- Support network operations with complex issue escalation and lifecycle management activities.
Required Skills for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of enterprise‑level experience in network design and implementation (experience in financial services highly advantageous).
- Proven track record delivering complex network transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking across AWS and Azure.
- Hands‑on expertise in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, micro‑segmentation, wireless, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, automation, and monitoring tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Cisco ACI is essential.
- Familiarity with ITIL‑governed environments and network operations best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Professional certifications (CCIE, AWS, Azure) are highly preferred.
