Responsibilities:
- Develop promotional and digital assets for agencies, including videos (e.g. success stories from top-performing teams), reels, and other gimmick content.
- Lead content creation in both Chinese and English.
- Assist in planning and executing event initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful delivery.
- Contribute to the execution of campaigns and programs aimed at achieving KPIs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant insurance and agency support experience
- Insurance background is highly preferred
- Good communicator
