JOB RESPONSIBILITY
In this role, you will support the company's Asia-Pacific import and export compliance operations, helping ensure adherence to global trade regulations and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day‑to‑day import and export compliance reviews for electronic components and related materials
- Ensuring shipments meet international trade laws, including classification, documentation accuracy, and regulatory screening
- Coordinating with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve compliance‑related queries
- Monitoring regulatory updates across key jurisdictions to support continuous compliance improvement
- Assisting with internal audits, compliance reporting, and process enhancements
- Supporting the development and execution of trade compliance programs, standard operating procedures, and training initiatives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in trade compliance and a good understanding of supply‑chain‑related regulatory controls. Requirements include:
- 1-10 years of relevant experience in logistics, electronics, semiconductors, trading companies, sourcing firms, or manufacturing environments
- Practical exposure to import/export workflows, compliance checks, or shipment documentation
- Familiarity with commercial trade compliance topics such as export control classifications, denied‑party screening, product documentation verification, and cross‑border regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate fast‑moving supply chain operations
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners across international markets
