Job duties
• Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties and routine functions;
• Drafting of proposal and report in Chinese;
• Maintain and update various database;
• Responsible for office procurement, office maintenance and inventory control;
• Assist in invoice checking and budgeting;
• Assist in handling office renovation and relocation work;
• Provide support in company events and activities;
• Perform ad-hoc duties, other assignments and projects as required.
Requirement
• Degree holder in related field with at least 5 years practical experiences in office administration;
• Strong proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint;
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must;
• Willing to work overtime (include weekends and holidays);
• Work experience in Chinese culture environment;
• Knowledge of accounting will be an advantage;
• Immediately available is preferred.
