Job Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support in office management
- Schedule departmental meetings, collect meeting materials, take minutes
- Prepare and consolidate departmental reports
- Setup a systematic filling cabinet to arrange and record the incoming and outgoing correspondences of different divisions and department periodically
- Coordinate with internal department and liaise with external organizations
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements: - Undergraduate degree or above with minimum 3 years of experience in office administration
- Skillful on the office software, e.g. Word/Excel/Power Point
- Exposure in the administration management is preferable
- Responsible, self-motivated, positive working attitude and good problem solving skill
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately both in a team environment and individually
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
