Your new role - Oversee full-spectrum finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships, liquidity management, FX, and treasury products
- Manage and coordinate KYC requirements in close collaboration with banks, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate audit processes, including liaison with external auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management accounts and statutory reports
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to principals and senior management
What you'll need to succeed - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA / equivalent preferred
- 12+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably with exposure to family offices, investment firms, or financial institutions
- Strong audit background with solid technical accounting knowledge
- Practical experience in treasury products and bank operations
- Highly hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day finance operations independently.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin
