Job Responsibilities
- Check identity document and personal account opening information provided by customer through VTM
- Perform data input and complete related account opening procedures
- Open personal account and answer customer enquiries on personal account opening where necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Job Requirements
- Secondary education or above with minimum 1 year experience in customer service or operations/processing related to account opening
- Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be available for shift duty on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
