Job Description - Preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Managing general ledger reconciliations and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Overseeing tax filings and ensuring adherence to local tax regulations.
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
The Successful Applicant - A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA being an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
