Job Responsibilities
  1. Established and led the fund operations and client servicing function, supporting Cayman-domiciled funds and discretionary accounts across multi-asset strategies.
  2. Oversaw investor onboarding, trade processing, and reporting workflows, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Managed end-to-end operations, including the establishment of asset management plans, product data verification, statistical reporting, product valuation, and information disclosure.
  4. Conducted investor suitability assessments, product matching, and follow-up visits.
  5. Supported the Compliance function in KYC and AML processes.
  6. Assisted supervisors with administrative expense disbursements.
  7. Performed other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 Job Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree or above, with completion of the LE Paper 1 syllabus.
  2. At least three years of relevant experience in fund management or fund operations.
  3. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
