This role is responsible for helping drive content development and overseeing the end-to-end production, compliance review, and distribution of product and content marketing materials in APAC ex Japan. This role suits a strong English writer/editor with asset-management or financial-services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of content-market commentaries, white papers, videos, social media assets, and more-balancing creative execution with solid project management. The role also requires close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders, external vendors, and partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Content Development and Distribution Assist in writing, adapting and/or editing investment content for various channels
Manage the timely distribution of content across local sales and marketing teams, websites, social media, and other relevant channels
Ensure all materials adhere to compliance regulations, brand guidelines and editorial standards
Partner with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Web, Digital, Design, Martech, Sales and Marketing teams, among others) to distribute content via campaigns, events, and other initiatives. This includes conceptualising strategic content placement across websites, end-to-end management of website update workflows, and the preparation of EDMs.
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance user experiences and workflows
Social Media Management Ideate and create engaging social media assets (e.g. carousels, short-form videos, reels) to amplify content
Maintain and manage an ongoing social media content calendar in coordination with local marketing teams
Collaborate with regional and global social media governance leads to ensure alignment with best practices and policies
Support various teams across the organisation in their social media outreach needs
Performance Analysis - Monitor and analyse content performance metrics
- Apply data-driven insights to optimise content strategy, distribution, and engagement
Operational - Manage awards submissions and oversee external vendors (writers, editors, designers, translators, production) to budget and quality
Qualifications Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex topics for diverse audiences
Experience producing multimedia content, such as social media assets, video, and marketing collateral
Proficiency in Canva, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, and a range of AI-enabled content tools
Knowledge of EDM creation, web publishing, and basic web design workflows
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions
Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, Chinese language skills an advantage
Previous experience in content or product marketing, preferably in asset management/finance
Strong investment knowledge would be a distinct advantage
