About the Role A leading asset management firm is seeking a high‑caliber Strategic Institutional Sales professional to expand and manage relationships with key strategic clients across Greater China. This role focuses on business development, client engagement, and coordinating internal resources to deliver tailored investment solutions.

  1. Key Responsibilities Maintain and expand relationships with strategic‑level institutional and high‑value clients in alignment with the firms overall business strategy and sales objectives.
  2. Conduct regular client visits , organize client engagement activities, perform market research, and lead business discussions.
  3. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive cooperation that aligns with strategic client needs.
  4. Facilitate communication between investment research teams and clients , support new product launches, and plan & execute roadshows, strategy conferences, and marketing events .

  1. Qualifications Bachelors degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , ideally in asset management, financial institutions, or related industries.
  3. Fluent Mandarin and English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Broad understanding of the financial industry and strong ability to synthesize and interpret market information.
  5. Experience working with onshore corporate clients or high‑net‑worth clients is a strong advantage.
