Your new role - Design, build, and operate large-scale system platforms and infrastructure to support business-critical and AI-driven services.
- Maintain reliable day-to-day operations, ensuring systems and networks remain stable, secure, and available
- Collaborate with development, delivery, and project teams to align infrastructure and network solutions with business needs
- Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term preventive solutions.
- Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management
- Ensure systems comply with security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Produce and maintain clear documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and provide guidance to junior team members
What you'll need to succeed - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, platform, or network engineering roles
- Strong experience supporting complex, mission-critical systems in production environments
- Solid understanding of system operations, networking concepts, and security principles
- Hands-on experience with automation, operational tooling, and problem troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
