Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking high-potential Business Development talent to join their commercial team.
Your Role As a Business Development Specialist / Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop cross-industry opportunities across Hong Kong and the GBA, focusing on key sectors such as finance, healthcare, and logistics. Working closely with internal technical teams, you will manage the full sales cycle, from client needs analysis and solution design through to commercial negotiation and deal closure. You will also build and maintain strong SI/ISV partnerships, leveraging ecosystem resources to enhance client engagement, while delivering professional consulting services across hardware, software, and digital solutions.
What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will hold a bachelor's degree or above and bring at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or IT services. Exposure to international B2B SaaS products would be an advantage.
You will also demonstrate:
- Fluent Cantonese with basic business communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong learning agility and openness to structured training
- Consultative sales mindset with the ability to articulate ROI and value propositions
- Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Business Development Manager level.
